Grown from vines planted and nutured by Scott & Bec on our estate, this classic blend is the darkest coloured wine we've ever made, with a delicious, luscious palate to match. Featuring dark fruits, herbs and chocolate, this is a wonderful marriage of old fashioned terroir with carefully considered vineyard and winemaking choices.

Earth & Vine

Truly nurtured by our family from start to finish, the Shiraz vines were planted by Scott, Bec and our family in our own little valley. A typical start to the season providing a good grounding for a hot November, followed by a mild, dry summer and autumn.

In The Winery

The grapes were hand-picked six days apart and fermented on-skins for seven days before basket pressing. After ageing to soften and develop the characters, the wine was bottled onsite using minimal transfers and vacuum filling to retain fresh fruit character.aturation.

Behind the Label

We love the majestic old river red gums nestled throughout our Eden Valley estate, and the great hollowed out gum depicted on the label is our favourite. This magnificent timeworn tree has witnessed hundreds of years of history and provided accommodation for both native fauna and long-distant families alike.
