Postage Info


There's not much better in life than receiving a box of wine delivered to your door!


We love sending our wine to be enjoyed all around Australia; here's a few details about how and when your wines get from us to you:


  • Postage is FREE on orders over $200, and a flat rate of $16.95 per case on orders under $200, to anywhere in Australia*
  • Your order should arrive within one to two weeks of your purchase, depending on your location and which day of the week you order. We can't guarantee how long freight will take, as it's out of our control once we hand over the wine to Australia Post.
  • Orders are dispatched once a week, on Tuesday, and sent by Australia Post. If you need your wine urgently, please call us to discuss - fees may apply if you can't wait until the next despatch date.
  • Every order is tracked, if you don't receive tracking information by email, please feel free to ask us by phone or email for your tracking number.
  • Please note that any person over 18 at the delivery address who received the goods is assumed by the courier to be authorised to receive your goods. If this might be a problem for you, please get in touch when you order so we can make sure your wine makes it to the right person.
  • If your wine is lost or damaged in transit we will replace your order. We will send the replacement order once we have confirmation from Australia Post that the item is lost or damaged.
