Wine Aroma Kit

Includes:

• Our one-of-a-kind aroma kit, containing 10 different real aromas to help you improve identification and description of wine aromas. the aromas were carefully selected to complement a range of wines including the four wines in the package, and highlight primary, secondary and tertiary wine aromas.
• 2022 Hidden Valley Riesling (sold out outside this package): Classic Eden Valley Riesling showing primary lime and lemon characters now and will develop tertiary honey aromas down the track.
• 2018 The Wayward Girl: A traditional Cabernet blend showing cranberry and cloves alongside sublt secondary aromas.
• 2021 Her Grenache: Bright and fruity, an example of primary fruit and pepper characters.
• 2019 Gold Leaf Reserve Cabernet (sold out outside this package): Showing secondary oak characters of oak and vanilla alongside primary Cabernet aromas.

• 2022 Sauvignon Blanc with Pineapple & Passionfruit White Chocolate: The fruit-driven wine is complemented by the bright pineapple with passionfruit seeds providing a delicious bite.
• 2017 Her Shiraz with Blackcurrant Milk Chocolate: Tasty blackcurrant bursts within our creamiest milk chocolate recipe work perfectly with this cool-climate unoaked Shiraz.
• 2017 His Shiraz with Liquorice & Spice Milk Chocolate: A darker chocolate suits the more intense tannins of HIS Shiraz, with the liquorice perfectly matching the wine - trust me even those who aren't big liquorice fans are enjoying this block!
• Barrley Brewing Victory Stout with Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate: Technically not wine in any way, but our stout is a great finish to the pairing, with the creamy caramel notes perfectly matched with our darkest (but still creamy) salted-caramel chocolate.
