Terms of Sale


We hope buying wine from us is an easy and rewarding process, but just in case anything goes awry, please read below for the terms of sale for when you buy wine from us.


It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.


If there is any problem with your wine when it arrives, or if your wine does not arrive within two weeks of your order, please get in touch with us at rebecca@fernfieldwines.com.au.  If your wine is faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we will refund or replace your order, and if we require you to return the wine we will cover the cost of postage.


If your order is delayed in transit we will enquire with Australia Post but please note we have no control over delivery speeds so don't guarantee any delivery timeframe.


We are generally unable to refund your order if you just change your mind, but feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do.


We are generally unable to provide refunds or returns for wines that were purchased more than 12 months ago, as wine storage conditions can affect wine quality - for more information on good wine cellaring please see our blog post on the topic. However, if you have a faulty bottle and you believe a refund is in order, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
